Site evaluation:
Once a process and a budget is agreed, a site survey is undertaken. This is usually untaken by us but depending on the site and complexity of the proposed project, surveyors or geotech professionals may need to be engaged.
Landscape concepts:
A concept plan is an initial plan developed from from our site visits, consultations and brief from you. This a broad outline plan and will include base materials, planting themes and key features. Typically, these plans cost between $800 and $3000 depending on the size and complexity of the project.
Preparation of landscape plans - Photographic renders , 3D imaging, cad & working drawings.
To further illustrate the concept for you in detail with photographic renders, 3 dimensional models and cad plans. If necessary any working drawings are produced for consent purposes and to assist construction contractors./p>
Design and implementation of landscape lighting and irrigation systems.
